"Beheaded" is the sixth track on The Offspring's 1989 debut album, The Offspring. Ten years later, the song was recorded again as "Beheaded '99" for the soundtrack of the movie Idle Hands, which features a cameo by The Offspring and where Dexter Holland plays himself. "Beheaded" is thus far the only known Offspring song that was co-written by original drummer James Lilja, who was part of the band until 1987 where he was replaced by Ron Welty, who performs on both "Beheaded '99" and the album version of this song.
